Cassowary Transport Pty Ltd (trading as Cassowary Transport Australia and Cassowary Transport) protects personal and operational information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Our systems follow strict internal controls certified under ISO 9001, 22301, 27001, 27701, and 45001, and comply with the Defense Industry Security Program (DISP).

We collect and manage data to support freight, courier, manufacturing, and mechanical operations. We never sell or trade personal data.

We only collect data required for lawful operations:

All data is stored in Australia. Offshore storage will only occur under equivalent legal safeguards.

Cassowary Transport and subsidiaries do not use or integrate any external Digital ID systems under the Digital ID Act 2024 (Cth).
Identity management remains internal and audited under DISP and ISO 27001/27701 frameworks.
This protects restricted, defense-linked, and commercial data from third-party exposure or metadata leakage.

We follow the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) standards.
Driver fatigue, load restraint, and vehicle maintenance are actively monitored through internal telematics.
Safety performance and incidents are reviewed monthly.

Cassowary Transport applies ISO 14001 and 50001 principles to reduce emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and manage waste across all depots and Nexus Hub facilities.

Our workforce program is built around ADF veterans and career trainees.
All staff complete DIPS-aligned background checks, site inductions, and certification pathways under ISO 10015.

Our operations follow ISO 22301 continuity standards.
Critical systems have 24-hour recovery targets.
All incidents are logged, investigated, and reported under our internal audit framework.
